Electronic Records and Signature Disclosure

This Electronic Records and Signature Disclosure (“Disclosure”) applies to all communications, agreements, disclosures, and other documents (“Communications”) that Mountain Health Technologies, Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides to you electronically in connection with your use of our services through the River Health Web or Mobile App (“App”).By accepting this Disclosure, you consent to receive Communications electronically and agree that your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

Scope of Communications

You agree that we may provide you with all Communications electronically, including:
Agreements and policies you accept (e.g., Terms of Service, Privacy Policy)
Account-related disclosures and notices
Transactional receipts and billing statements
Any legally required notices or disclosures

Delivery Methods

We will provide Communications to you via:
Email (to the address associated with your account)
In-app notifications or alerts
We-based documents accessible through your account

System Requirements

To access and retain electronic Communications, you must have:
A device with internet access
A current version of a web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)
A valid email address
Ability to download and store or print PDF files

If system requirements change and affect your ability to access Communications, we will notify you of the change.

Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time by emailing us at team@helloriver.com.

If you withdraw consent:
Your access to certain features or services may be limited

Paper Copies
You may request a paper copy of any Communication by contacting us at team@helloriver.com. We may charge a fee for mailing paper copies.

Updating Your Contact Information
It is your responsibility to keep your email address and contact information current. You can update your contact details through the App settings or by contacting us.

By using services and Apps provided by Mountain Health Technologies, Inc you confirm that you can:
Access and retain Communications electronically
Consent to receiving all required notices electronically
Agree that your electronic signature is legally binding.
