Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Success Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing the experience of our clients, including employers and brokers, through comprehensive support and management of eligibility files, enrollment processes, and report generation. The Client Success Manager will be the go-to expert for employer customer support, broker appointments, commissions, enrollment support, and customer service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities
Eligibility File Management: Oversee the accurate and timely management of eligibility files, ensuring they are updated and maintained according to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Enrollment Support: Facilitate the enrollment process for new and existing clients, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth experience.
Reporting: Generate and distribute enrollment and utilization reports, providing valuable insights for clients and internal teams to drive informed decision-making.
Employer Customer Support: Serve as the primary contact for employer clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our services.
Broker Appointments and Support: Manage broker appointments, and enrollment support, fostering strong relationships and providing comprehensive support to our broker partners.
Broker Customer Support: Offer dedicated support to brokers, ensuring they have the resources and information needed to effectively serve their clients.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and support company-wide initiatives and objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in client success, customer service, or account management.
Strong understanding of enrollment processes, eligibility management, and report generation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients and brokers.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software
