We are sorry to see you go. Canceling your River Health plan will make you ineligible for healthcare services through River Health or its partner clinics. Medical bills will no longer be payable with your River Health card. Cancellation may also end any mail-order medications and ongoing clinical services provided by River Health. Please work with your doctor to transfer your medications or make alternative arrangements for continuing medical care.
