As long as I’ve been with River Health I haven’t once had an issue with a delay for a prescription or had to wait long for a consultation and a review of my “visit”with a doctor. The quickness and professionalism and communication between all parties has been exceptional. I have not had this type of efficiency and satisfaction with any primary care provider in the past. All around satisfactory experiences!

I'm pleased with my River Health plan. I did experience a delay in having my virtual card activated for Lab work. However. The rectified the situation, had me pay with my card, and I was reimbursed within 24 hours. I like i get unlimited free virtual dr visits. The dr is quick to respond. All and all it's a great company for my health care needs at this time.

Dr Finn listens, and helps you get appropriate care ASAP. You want them as your doctor. They made my care a priority and made sure I had my medication just in time. If you have a problem they send you the information and referrals needed to get the care you need. I really enjoy them as my doctor.

I love the convenience of my River Health Plan. Being able to refill my prescriptions each month while we are traveling is easy and quick. If I need any lab work done it is covered and I can go to any physician when needed. I don't have to search for one in a network. Customer service and providers are always quick to reply.
